Dhamma Sermon Preached by Ven. Prof. Medagoda Abhayatissa.

We identify with our thoughts, feelings, and perceptions, and forget our true nature as pure awareness. We mistake impermanent things for permanent, unstable things for stable, and illusory things for real. We create our own suffering by grasping, aversion, and ignorance.

Friends, the Buddha's teachings are vast and profound, and we have only touched on a few aspects of them today. But let us remember that the essence of Buddhism is not in words, but in practice. Let us apply what we have learned to our daily lives, and let us aspire to become true disciples of the Buddha.

To get this across the young minds of our generation the management of Win-Stone School of Culinary Arts organized a Dhamma Sermon preached by a well known thero Ven. Prof. Medagoda Abhayatissa to uplift the spiritual lives of our students who is going to be the future of our country.

On this Poson day, let us pay homage to the Buddha, the Dhamma, and the Sangha, and let us walk the path of liberation with diligence, mindfulness, and compassion. May all beings be well and happy!
